- Abstract deadline: 9 November. Late abstracts (especially for the posters) will be accepted.
- Abstract acceptance: 16 November.
- Early bird registration deadline: 23 November.
- Normal registration deadline: 21 December.
- Registration cancellation deadline: 1 January 2008 (Full refund minus 60 euros).
- Cancellation deadline: 1 February 2008 (25% of the registration will be refunded).
- No Show: No refund. Any cancellation request received after 1 February will be treated as no show.
